  • Creating Tender Notice, Creating Tender Documents – TDS, PCC, Forms, Technical Specification, BOQ; Creating Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) and Tender Opening Committee (TOC), Publishing Tender Notice;
  • Opening Tender, Evaluating Tender, Approving Contract, Issuing NOA, Signing Contract and Contract Management;
  • e-GP Administration – PE office creation, Project, Designation and User creation, User Role Assignment
